On moving day: .
• Be available or ask someone to be present to answer any questions from us or give them some last minute instructions;
• Aollow the Team Supervisor in the inventory preparation.
• Keep copies of all documents related to your move.
• Make sure that we have your address and phone numbers.
On delivery day:
• Once you reach the town of your new residence, contact Cargo Center, Lda agent at destination to provide them your new address and telephone numbers so they can reach you upon delivery;
• Be present at the time of delivery.
• Tell our agent how to arrange your belongings and furniture.
